Fish? Do You Really Know What You're Eating?

Everyone's eating fish for the Omega-3's now. Going out to eat at the restaurant people are thinking, "Oh I'll be healthy and have the fish!"

Restaurants are probably using Farm Raised Fish. The issue is not just about how these fish are raised, it's about the filthy sewage contaminated water they are raised in and where the sewage for most of the 3rd world countries ends up... in our oceans.

Don't be afraid to ask what kind of fish  is being served at restaurants. Ask where it came from. You may not be eating what you think it is. Basa, Swai, Panga and others is nothing but CATFISH so BEWARE!


Another thing you are seeing are so many advertisements by manufacturers sellng those fish oil tablets. All the studies are out how critical Omega 3's are for your nervous system, cardiovascular system, your skin and hair...your whole body. But again, how safe are they??! In fact, companies simply produce fish oil only by one straight, filtration process. After this lenient filtration, the fish oils are then encapsulated and bottled. A simple filtration process obviously will not take away much of the toxins.
