Happy Valentines Day!

Last night, my daughter and I made chocolate roses to give out to her friends and teachers today.
We have all kinds of molds to use for all the holidays. We had so much fun together.

The process is so simple, and fun to make with the kids..Here's what you'll need..

Lolipop sticks
Chocolate chips
Spoon
Small bowl (I find a disposable paper bowl works best, as far as clean-up, and microwaving)

Place approx. 1/2 cup of chips in a microwavable bowl

You guessed it..Place it in the microwave and cook at 30 second intervals for about a minute and a half-2 minutes..stirring in between each minute.

Oh Yum..Here's where it starts getting really fun! Spoon your velvety chocolate into the mold.
Be sure to have your lolipop sticks in place!
(Don't worry, the "Licking the Spoon" step is coming up..)

Once you get the molds filled, gently give the tray a tap in order to let any air bubbles surface.
Place the tray on a flat surface in your freezer for 1 hour.
(Okay..chuck that disposable bowl in the trash and get to LICKING THAT SPOON!)

DING! Time's up!
TAA-DAAAA!

Sweet Heart Chocolate Rose Pops

Hoping you have lots of fun on Valentine's Day!
