I always crave sweets, even after a healthy meal I want something sweet! Sugar is not good! It's so addictive too! A research study, "supports the theory that high-fat/ high-sugar foods stimulate the brain in the same way that drugs do,”
I noticed when I got a blood test my sugar was up a little bit. I started worrying ... I don't want diabetes or metabolic syndrome. I already was on blood pressure medicine for a year but luckily got off of it using my supplements! I decided to try this and amazingly, the cravings have stopped and I'm so satisfied!
